Door to door transport for the service user.

All food and drink consumed in and out of the centre. (A lunch menu is provided with a choice of light, healthy and nutritious meals.)

Exercise & yoga classes each morning.

A small educational booklet each day.

At least 2 enterprise related work-shops of the service users choice throughout the day.

Independent living and life skills tasks.

A mental health and well-being class at the end of each day, where service users are encouraged to express their feelings.

Sports, gym and swimming classes (day and skill dependent).

Visiting different establishments in the community.

Everything included in the day rates, plus...

An evening, more self centred work-shop of the service users choosing if they wish.

A cooking class for their own dinner with a choice of healthy and nutritious meals available.

After a busy day our service users can relax however they wish. We have a number of fun activities within the centre such as watching tv or films, with every channel and streaming service available, using one of our PC’s or iPads, playing board games, playing games consoles or listening to music.
